Eat to Beat Pain & Inflammation - May 3

Common symptoms of chronic inflammation are joint pain, skin issues (like acne, eczema, etc), fatigue, anxiety, gut dysfunction, weight gain and more. Autoimmune conditions are a hallmark of chronic inflammation as well.

In Eat to Beat Pain & Inflammation, we’ll dive into what inflammation is and how it affects the body. We’ll also discuss inflammatory and anti-inflammatory foods and simple, practical strategies for incorporating healing foods every day. This goes beyond just “eat the rainbow” advice to give you concrete tips to create your own personalized anti-inflammatory diet.

Participants will receive a detailed handout, sample meal plan and recipes. Class is 60 minutes, including discussion time.

Eat to Beat Toxin Overload - May 31

How do you know if you have an accumulation of harmful toxins in your body? Signs like stinky sweat, skin issues (acne, eczema, etc), constipation, anxiety and depression, brain fog, PMS, weight loss resistance and more are all common when dealing with toxin overload.

In this class we’ll discuss how to detoxify naturally with simple but powerful food and lifestyle strategies.
